Products purchased online can be returned (unopened and without damage) within 7 working days. The amount paid will not be refunded. However, a credit note will be issued which will be valid for 60 days and can be used for online purchases only on shop@industrial-playground.com. Cancelled orders would be refunded if the products have not already been shipped.
